Sunday, June 22nd: Jesus is the Greatest!: The Living Word of God
Often, when we encounter the phrase “God’s Word,” there’s also a picture of a Bible. But the author of Hebrews used the Greek word “logos,” often translated in Hebrews as “God’s active will in the world.” This is Jesus: God’s living power! Because of Jesus, even when we’re unaware of God’s presence, God is here. Because of Jesus, we can bring to God our weakness and receive God’s strength. Because of Jesus, we come into God’s presence as just we are. Jesus is the Greatest!
